What types of appliances can you repair?

We repair any type of kitchen or laundry appliance. For example, kitchen appliances include wine coolers, refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, stoves, cooktops, microwaves, dishwashers, ice makers, etc. Laundry appliances include washers, dryers, vent hoods, etc.

Could you explain what a service call fee means?

When you contact us to repair one or more of your appliances, we visit your place in order to inspect them and diagnose the issue. After that, we estimate the exact cost of our labor as well as the cost of parts and present it to you in writing. For all these procedures, we charge what is called a service call fee. Note that if you choose us to complete the repairs, your invoice will be reduced by the amount of this fee.

How much is the service call fee?

Our service call fee is $65.00 for the first domestic appliance and an additional $20.00 for every extra appliance. Note the additional $20.00 for every additional appliance is valid only if you call us to diagnose two or more units at the same time. We charge the service call fee for both diagnostics and estimating labor. Note that if you choose us to complete the repairs, your invoice will be reduced by the amount of this fee.

Can you help me to decide whether to buy a new appliance or repair a broken one?

We will diagnose your appliance in order to recommend what will be most advantageous for you: to buy a new appliance or repair a broken one. Every one of our technicians is highly experienced and can easily determine whether you need to repair your appliance or replace it.

What are your business hours?

You can leave your request 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, our normal working hours are Monday through Saturday from 8am to 9pm. But if you need emergency repair, we come to you 24/7 without charging extra for night or weekend hours.

Do you backup your repair services with a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we do. We are confident in our suppliers and our technicians’ skills. Therefore, we provide all parts we install with a long-term guarantee, up to five years, and all our labor with a 30-day guarantee.

Do you have all parts necessary to perform repairs when you arrive?

We strive to stock all required parts so we are able to repair all your appliances. However, as there is a huge variety of parts for all appliance types, brands, and models, we can’t have them all at once. Therefore, in some cases, we must order the parts. Usually, the delivery time doesn’t exceed five business days.

Do you specify the time when your repairman will arrive?

Yes, we do. When you contact us, you can book same-day or next-day repair services. In both cases, we schedule a two-hour time slot that is most convenient for you, and our technician will arrive at your location within those two hours. We will also notify you he will be arriving soon around 15-30 minutes before his arrival.

How can I pay for your services?

You can pay in cash, card, or check. It doesn’t matter whether the card is debit or credit or whether the check is personal or company – we accept them all.

Can you help me sell an appliance?

No, we can’t. Our company is engaged only in repair services and no more. Likewise, we don’t know any company that can buy your appliance, and we don’t know who sells used appliances either.

Will you install parts that I have bought from a website?

Unfortunately, no we won’t. When repairing appliances, we install only genuine factory parts we order from our vetted suppliers. We don’t use parts from any other companies as we can’t be confident in their quality.
